Our Covid-19 Procedure
- All vehicles have hand sanitizers, for both drivers and patients. The driver is to make sure to apply hand sanitizer onto the passenger's hand upon entry of the vehicle, and before departure.
- All vehicles have thermometers. Drivers check their own temperature before the start of the day, and the temp is recorded on the invoice. In addition, drivers check the temps of all passengers before departure. If the temp reading is higher than 99.9 we notify accounts immediately and do not transport the individuals.
- After drop off of all patients; admits, discharges, or appointments, driver sanitizes vehicle with disinfectant spray where patients sat, and uses hand sanitizers wipes to wipe down all possible areas that patient has made contact in-vehicle, inside and outside of the vehicle.
- Once sanitization is done, the driver disposes of all wipes and applies hand sanitizer to themself.
- All vehicles come with disposable face masks. Driver and patients are mandated to wear a face mask for the duration of all patient transports.
- Most vehicles have sneeze guards (partitions) between the front and back seat for the safety of driver and patient(s).
- During transports, patients are required to sit in the back seat and back windows are slightly open.
- There is also, tissue, phone chargers (Apple, Android, and C- Chargers), and bottled water for the patients' convenience.
