I really want to give a huge shout-out to NW Courier for its ability to meet our patient's needs in a multitude of ways. Sometimes with last-minute notice. Other times they have gone above and beyond. They are willing to go to any lengths to work with us to make our patients happy, like stopping at stores and pharmacies. They drive hours on end to ensure our patients have a safe way home as they are very vulnerable adults they are transporting. We are all so grateful and know our patients are safe in these vehicles that David and Heather provide. They also let us know when patients are at their safe destination. My gratitude can go on for days but these are a few things off the top. Thank you and your drivers so much for all your sacrifices. You are very appreciated.

I have worked very closely with David’s team for almost a year now. Working at a fast-paced Psychiatric Hospital, plans change almost constantly. This team has been exceptional at accommodating my patient's every need, going above and beyond every time. From making special stops in route, transporting patients last minute, scheduling transportation in advance, and moving their driver schedules to best fit our needs. Communication is huge with David’s team. They confirm a patient has been dropped off, let us know if they are running late due to traffic, and call if there are any patient issues along the way. David’s team treats our patients like family. I am truly great full to have them as a part of my discharge planning here at SSBH and would recommend them to anyone!!

NW Courier Service and David Martinez have provided specialty transportation services for our hospital for many years. I do not deal with any organization that is more professional or accommodating of both our hospital and our patients. Their approach to service is always from a perspective of how they can help us. They share our sense of responsibility and as is often the case, our sense of urgency.
